We start from the Divar Ferry Ramp near the Goa Institute of Management, about 5km from Goa’s capital, Panaji. We take the traditional Goan Ferry across the Mandovi River to the riverine island of Divar. We ride through this village still relatively untouched by urbanization, stopping at a village eatery for a traditional breakfast. We take a ride up to two hilltop churches with a fantastic view, and one riverside church. We also visit the ruins of an ancient temple. Then, we take the ferry to Old Goa and pedal along a lovely riverside road back to the Ribandar Ferry point.
