We start at O Coqueiro in Porvorim and pedal through villages before we start on a steep climb to an uninhabited plateau. We circle the plateau, first through dense forests and then through grasslands.

Midway, we dismount to explore a natural cave.

After another short downhill off-road section we get back on the road in the village of Pomburpa, and cycle back to Porvorim along the banks of the Mapusa river. The route has three hard climbs; two on-road and one off-road. The rest of the terrain is undulating. It’s a hard but intensely satisfying ride.
