Climbing By The Sea

The boulders and cliffs at Agonda in South Goa offer some scenic climbing areas. The only place in India where you can climb overlooking the ocean… Agonda !!

Granite rocks, bullet proof hard, with crimps and few larger holds, offer a challenge.

Scores of boulders and a few bolted sports routes can keep you going for a full day. Follow this with a swim at the beach and lunch in one of the many shacks offering a wide variety of good food and maybe a beer.

All you need to bring along are your climbing shoes, harness, and chalk.
