A pleasant and invigorating hike along the rolling hills of the coast south of Cabo de Rama fort. Through coconut tree plantations, cashew groves and thick forest. Across small seasonal streams.
Finally, a descent down to the tiny Kaikola beach.
The terrain is rolling. Steps descending down to the beach.

Duration – 1-day trip with approximately 3 hours of an overall hiking time
Intensity – moderate
Fitness level required – you should be able to walk 5km in one hour and be able to climb 3 floors of stairs at a stretch without a break
